The outer fabric is either cotton or flannel. The fabric next to your girl is flannel for comfort and absorbency. Each pair is carefully constructed with two additional layers of absorbent flannel under the tail plus a final section of waterproof diaper fabric to minimize leaks. These panties can be used with or without a pad.
