The neck portion of the collar is seat belt webbing - smooth and supple. The collar is cut and then trim is stitched on securely. Hardware matches the trim - either silver or gold. The hardware is all formed, which mean there are no welds to open and it is attached with triple stitching.
Machine washable - line dry.
