Dither is a fabulous mother. Puppies have temporary names for the time they live with us before joining their new families. Born during the heat of August, they are named for summer fun on the beach.

 

Meet the Girls of Summer:

“Bikini”  Yes, we all know what that is. A skimpy swimsuit made famous in the song “Itsy bitsy, teeny weeny, yellow polka dot bikini”. Well, her bikini consists of fawn brindle stripes.

 

	“Splash”  With a full white head and black ears, she looks like she’s appearing through a huge splash of water.

“Frisbee” –  A perfect description of a whippet:  F = Fun R – Run, of course! I – Intelligent  S – Silly  B – Beautiful E – Energetic E – Enthusiastic
