Ch Northwind’s Something Remembered

Retro’s name comes from his amazing resemblance to dogs from our past, including his great great grandmother, Northwind’s Poetry In Motion, great uncle Northwind’s Edgar Allan Poetry and his sire, Northwind’s Round House Kick.

Retro - Northwind's Something Rememberd

Retro was BOS to his mother at the North Central 2014 Specialty.

Quote from the Specialty Critique:

“He has all the right angles in all the right places. He has great shape standing and on the move. He is elegant yet all male.”

-Randy Tincher

Retro took his fourth major in January of 2014 and finished at 15 months. He began his coursing career last fall and is avid for the bunny. We are looking forward to 2014 and enjoying being out on the field, along with in the ring.

At seven months he was BOW and BISweeps at the S. Central Regional Specialty.

Beautiful dogs!! I love reading your blogs, laugh (or cry, which ever is appropriate) all the way through. My 2 whippets are rescues and not “correct” in their physical appearance but the temperament and personalities are on spot! What a wonderful breed and this is a wonderful site for us whippet owners. Most people in my acquaintance have never heard of whippets, so this is a refreshing change for me. Thanks!
